Condensing with Hi-Fin technology

Kiturami’s condensing oil boilers are made of stainless steel and use Hi-Fin technology in the main heat exchanger tubes to increase heat absorption.

Downwards-firing Low NOx Burner

The boiler burner is downwards-firing, located on the upper side of the heat exchanger. This arrangement results in lower temperature exhaust gases, i.e. higher efficiency.

It has an exhaust gas pressure regulator for safe control of exhaust gas flow and is designed to produce very low emissions of nitrogen oxides (Low NOx).

Maximum efficiency of heating oil

With Kiturami NTC boilers it is possible to achieve an efficiency of up to 104.6% of the conventional calorific value of oil (or 97.9% of the gross value). This classifies them in energy class A for heating and hot water*

*NTC 30, 35 models in hot water are in energy class B

Integrated production of abundant domestic hot water

There is a domestic hot water heat exchanger immersed in the wetted volume of the boiler, it is made of stainless steel, of long length and wide cross-section, and ensures plenty of hot water to the user. There are no intermediate solder joints which makes it more reliable against bursting and leaks.

With the flow sensor in the unit, activation of the domestic hot water function is done simply by turning on the tap.

Safety and reliability

The manufacturing of Kiturami boilers is characterized by modern means and facilities as well as strict levels of quality control.
The welding of the heat exchanger tubes in the boiler is done by laser and the electronic systems are manufactured and controlled in-house by Kiturami.

Multiple safety systems are used for the proper operation of the unit. The temperature sensor, the overheat and water level switches, and the safety valve are the 4 main safeguards of the boiler. The pressure regulator monitors the smooth flow of air and flue gases and the photocell sensor ensures smooth combustion. Furthermore, there is the system frost protection and the anti-jamming protection of the circulator.

The thermostat immediately informs the user with self-diagnosis of any error.

NCTR-50N Thermostat

With the NCTR-50N thermostat, which is included in the unit, you have complete control of the appliance. It provides self-diagnosis of faults, a time schedule and two-point anti-frost protection. You can set the desired room temperature as well as the boiler water temperatures for heating and domestic hot water. You can also check the current water temperature in the boiler.

It is possible to check the fault history as well as to be notified with a fault code for any problem that occurs.

Kiturami’s oil boilers work ideally with its individual system, enabling up to 8 rooms to be autonomous both in terms of room temperature and direct hot water supply.
